The candidate must :
-Be dynamic, positive and honest
-Possess a valid driver's license 
-Be a responsible team player
-Organized and efficient
-Manage stress effectively
-Professionnal looking appearance 
-Be punctual and reliable
-Etre fier et maîtriser son métier de peintre

A preferable for candidates: :
-Successfully completed 3 secondary
-Competency certificate for Quebec and/or Ontario
-A card from the Ontario Labor protection board
-A lift silence
-An Ontario “Basics of Fall Protection » card
-A WHMIS and/or SIMDUT training proof
-Be bilingual
